José Francisco Montes

Based in Miami Florida, José Francisco Montes Guedez a Venezuelan bassist, composer, and arranger. known for performing various musical styles such as jazz, Latin jazz, Salsa, Latin music, bossa nova, reggae, Tango, Funk, Rock, Venezuelan music, and even classical music.  He has participated in tours in Europe, South America, and North America with Ensemble 7/4 and also a member of this band since 2011. He has participated in tours with the Simón Bolívar Orchestra of Venezuela with maestro Gustavo Dudamel.  Since 2012 he and his group has represented an Austrian trumpet brand called Schagerl with which he has represented his country in important European stages.  Now he is proudly part of the Tsunami cables family.
