Scott Tarulli is a Boston-based guitarist who has played professionally for over 28 years. Influenced by greats like Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, Cornell Dupree, Bill Evans, Steve Lukather, and James Burton, Tarulli released his debut solo album, “Transitions” in 2004 followed by a live album, “September in Boston: Live” in 2005. In 2012, Tarulli released a follow-up album titled “Anytime Anywhere” “featuring Tony levin and Jerry Marotta. The
instrumental album is full of guitar-oriented rock, funk, and jazz. “Each note played is a
complete thought that, put together, makes a fantastic piece of musical literature.” - Bass
Musician Magazine. Scott’s touring schedule includes live performances, various clinics throughout the world and Master Classes at prestigious music schools including Berklee College of Music, Holland College on Prince Edward Island, Canada and Conservatorio Statale di Musica “L. D’Annunzio” Pescara in Pescara Italy. He has performed in various cities and countries including LA, Nashville, New York, Paris, Umbria, Pescara, France, and Italy. Aside from spending time as a busy Sideman and touring artist, Scott Tarulli has recorded with Jerry Marotta, Tony Levin, Ira Coleman, Mark Egan, The Temptations, Steve Gadd, Nile Rogers, Bernard Purdie, Chuck Rainey, Peter Eldridge, and Guthrie Govan, amongst many others.
